Drive 10 minutes to this lively market town. A visit to Honiton isn’t complete without a trip to the award winning Thelma Hulbert Gallery, featuring local art and national exhibitions. Only 30 minutes by car, Exeter is a large Univeristy city with a cathedral, large shopping area, and canal side rejuvenated area. It also has great walks down to the sea along the canal, with great pubs along the way.


If you fancy some coastal scenes, hop in the car and travel 30 minutes to Seaton. Go fossil hunting on this pebble beach, take the dogs and let them stretch their legs on the mile-long shingle. Equally, you can go swimming or sit in the café watching the waves roll in.
