Harbour Moon is a very special 1 bedroom holiday cottage in the Cornish village of Mousehole. Sitting right upon the picturesque harbour, this incomparable space is ideal for those seeking somewhere different, interesting and memorable for a romantic break.
Downstairs, Harbour Moon’s open plan kitchen and living area is fully equipped for a self-catered holiday by the sea. Here you are perfectly poised to watch the world go by from the large comfortable sofa, or sit with a glass of wine in front of the wood burning stove.
Upstairs is an open plan bedroom underneath a white wooden beamed double height ceiling. The bed’s unique headboard doubles as a room divider and dressing table with plenty of storage for clothes. Behind this is a huge walk-in shower and sink area with a beautiful hammered bronze basin. A super king size custom made bed sits against a headboard inset with rows of rope and chain evocative of the harbour details outside.
Scenes of bobbing boats, the harbour wall and waves crashing beyond can be seen from the comfort of the bed. Part of the floor is made of glass exposing part of the living area and window below, allowing for extraordinary natural light some mornings.
Idyllic, romantic and like something from a film set, Harbour Moon is an unrivalled rental cottage for a break by the sea.
